This week saw the welcome news that five of Carlson Rezidor’s hotels in the Russian city of Sochi have achieved a Green Key eco-label, providing even the most eco-conscious of travellers a peace of mind during their stay!
The award-winning, environmentally friendly accommodation includes three Radisson Blu hotels and one Park Inn which will offer up space for almost 1500 guests. We’ll also see an addition to this green thinking fleet of hotels with a Park Inn which is currently in the late stages of development– increasing the options for visitors to this cosmopolitan destination.
The eco label that has been awarded to the hotels encompasses a number of green criteria including an overall reduction in energy consumption and minimisation of waste production. With both sustainability and reductions in CO2 emissions being important elements for the choices many travellers’ make. Carlson Rezidor is delighted to be leading the way by achieving a greener outlook to their business.
Further to their award winning status the location for each Carlson Rezidor Hotel in Sochi (Russia) has been carefully selected to ensure local amenities and transport are easily accessible for their guests. With Radisson and Park Inn by Radisson hotels situated in the world-class Rosa Khutor ski resort, two Radisson Blu hotels in Imeretinskaya lowland and Park Inn by Radisson in Central Sochi, Carlson Rezidor offer a location to suit every traveler’s needs.
