From the plane to the meeting room
Thanks to its closeness to the airport, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Manchester Airport is well-positioned to attract delegates from just about anywhere in the world. Its links to the motorway network also makes it easy to reach for those travelling by car, with guests able to take advantage of the on-site car park. For those travelling by public transport, the airport's transport hub is also connected to the hotel directly.
Construction is currently underway to create the first airport city in the UK directly adjacent to Manchester Airport. Around 465,000sqm of offices, logistics, hotels and advanced manufacturing space will be built over the next 10-15 years, with a total development value of £1 billion, making the area an even more attractive place in which to do business now and well into the future.
The hotel's leisure facilities provide a place for guests to relax and unwind ahead of meetings or at the end of a busy day. Delegates can book into the Beauty Lounge which has an extensive list of treatments for both men and women, or make use of the health club with its 12-metre swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room.
When it comes to grabbing a bite to eat, the laid-back Little M bar serves a menu of sharing platters, light snacks and pizzas, while the contemporary Collage Restaurant offers a creative interpretation of the classic British brasserie.
For those looking to venture further, Manchester city centre and all its bars, restaurants, shops and attractions is less than 10 miles from the hotel, and easily reached by train via the Skywalk. At the end of the night, guests can bed down in one of the 360 modern bedrooms or suites.
A treasure trove for meetings & events at Manchester Airport
There are 27 modern rooms spanning 1,700sqm to choose from each with individual climate control, built-in AV equipment and free high-speed Wi-Fi. It is complemented by a series of smaller suites accommodating between 22 and 120 people.
