New concept launch for signature restaurant L´Azuli, Mauritius

The Chef revisits iconic dishes and authentic recipes from the Mascarene Islands such as Mauritius, Rodrigues and Reunion and invites guests to discover this unique culinary experience.

L’Azuli unveiled the new food & drink concept by inviting guests to savour signature dishes for an exclusive evening. The menu blended impeccably with local flavours and epicureans had the choice between fresh, gourmet dishes influenced by the Mascarene Islands. Guests also discovered the vintage photo exhibition during the event and tasted a variety of local rums from the Mascarene Islands.
