Radisson Blu Meets Moldova!

Adding a new dot on the Blu map… we are proudly announcing the opening of the spectacular, 143 room Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel, Chisinau in a brand new country.

Our first - and Moldova’s biggest - the Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel, Chisinau is in the heart of the Moldovan capital, close to key business centers and the buzzing Sky Tower. The hotel is very close to the main boulevard, Stefan cel Mare, Central Park and within easy walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions, including the Cathedral, the Triumphal Arch, the Organ Hall, the National Museum of History of Moldova and the National Museum of Fine Arts.

Chisinau, founded in 1436 as a monastery village, is now the largest and liveliest city of the Republic of Moldova with two glorious main parks and a wealth of museums, restaurants and cafes. Surprisingly green and peaceful, it’s the country’s main industrial and commercial capital, the most economically prosperous area and the largest transport hub. Moldova's rich soil and temperate climate have historically made it a very important agricultural centre of South East Europe.

Chisinau’s Blu guests can choose from 143 stylish rooms, including standard rooms, Business Class, and Corner Rooms and Suites. Each room features elegant interiors with truly comfortable contemporary furnishings. Thoughtful additions include individual climate control, coffee and tea provisions, international television stations and fully equipped bathrooms. Plus, a special work desk and our signature Fast Free Wi-Fi Internet.

The hotel’s Presidential Suite offers 175 square metres of spectacular space; a perfect mix of highly detailed, classic sophistication and brilliant high technology, it is truly THE place to stay in Moldova. Special features include separate spaces for sleeping, meeting and relaxing, a welcoming lobby and a spacious bathroom, with whirlpool bath and spectacular views of Chisinau. Plus, a special pillow menu - ensuring our Presidential guests sleep oh-so sweetly!

Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel, Chisinau offers a variety of dining options, designed to satisfy even the fiercest of critics. The Ambassador Restaurant delights guests with all day dining and a world-class buffet, created by our team of international chefs. Blu’s sophisticated Super Breakfast is a whole, new ‘best-way-to-start-the-day’ experience, featuring fresh and organic produce.

The New York Restaurant & Bar blends the best of American and International cuisine, while the Roof Restaurant offers an exquisite setting for elegant dining. Relaxed pre-dinner cocktails and drinks are shaken or stirred in The Lobby Apty’s Pub.
