Strolling with an openness to the unknown

Wake up in the center of the Parisian golden triangle and have breakfast in the sun before going on a shopping spree. A dream? A reality to please everyone who likes to treat themselves to the luxury of an iconic address in Paris.

Its view of the Arc de Triomphe serves up the capital on a platter for you. The hotel, located on the Avenue Marceau, one of the dozen arteries leading to the Place de l’Étoile, is at the heart of the famous "golden triangle", the chicest neighborhood for luxury shopping. For your pleasure, start at the Publicis Drugstore on the Champs-Élysées, a real temple of happiness. Acqua di Parma, Kiehl’s, Serge Lutens for beauty products, Hervé van der Straeten, Poiray for jewelry, sugary treats at Pierre Hermé, the lovely cigar cellar or the trendy bookstore: You'll love it all!

Further on, at the corner of Avenue George V, you won't be able to ignore the largest Vuitton store in Europe, which is also worth a visit for its architecture designed by Peter Marino and Eric Carlson. Going down the Avenue des Champs-Élysées in the direction of Concorde, allow yourself a couple of hours to visit the Grand Palais and the Rodin exhibit to mark the centenary of the sculptor's death (through July 21, 2017). As you leave, head toward the Alexandre III Bridge, so beautiful because of its gilt work. Go down the stairs which lead to the quay and try something from the food stands for a delicious break in the open air, next to the river.

Continue your stroll to the Alma Bridge. Take Avenue Montaigne, which celebrates all the major names in the world of haute couture. For a magical view over the rooftops of Paris, book a table at the Maison Blanche and dine on the terrace. For the climax of this trek, do something a little more touristy and treat yourself to a turn on the Ferris Wheel at the Place de la Concorde. Magical!
